INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided in any course, masterclass, program, minimind, mastermind, private coaching, is the intellectual property of Brittany Lloyd and therefore cannot be copied, duplicated, shared, or resold in any way, shape or form. If this agreement is breached, Brittany Louise Coaching reserves the right to take legal action.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

We ask that you do the following:

Commit to using the knowledge from the Services provided with absolute integrity.
Acknowledge you are responsible for your actions and resulting outcomes.
Complete any onboarding forms requested by us in a timely manner.
Maintain a self-led approach to our agreement and utilise the services to the fullest extent.

INVESTMENT

This course is non-refundable, and if you are using a payment plan you are obligated to pay as agreed, on the dates agreed and in full.

In the instance a payment fails your access to the course will be be suspended until the payment is made.

If the payment is not finalised within 7 days of the due date, you may incur an additional admin fee of $30 per week for as long as the payment remains outstanding.

If the payment is not finalised within 14 days and there has been no communication from you, your outstanding payments will be forwarded to a third party debt collection agency and your access to the resources will be revoked.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. You cannot request a refund if:

- you change your mind
- you do not make use of the offer
- the reason for termination is outside of our control.

Failure to use the full services does not qualify you for a full or partial
refund

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you agree to contact Brittany directly to negotiate

Furthermore, we have not authorized any third party to make such claims. There are no guarantees regarding results or future income, and all purchases are final—no refunds will be issued.

We may showcase our own sales figures and, in some cases, the results of our past or current clients. However, please note that we do not promise that you will achieve similar success; the figures we present are not indicative of typical outcomes. These results are shared solely for illustrative purposes. Your individual results and earnings may vary widely and are influenced by many factors, including your personal background, business experience, motivation, and work ethic.

**CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY**

To ensure a smooth scheduling process and respect for all clients, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy is in effect:

1. **Cancellation or Rescheduling Notice:**
If you need to cancel or reschedule your call, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Notice must be provided via email or the designated communication channel.
2. **Cancellation Within 24 Hours:**
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled call will result in forfeiture of the payment made. In this instance, a new payment will be required to book another session.
3. **No-Show Policy:**
If you fail to attend the call without prior notification, it will be considered a "no show," and your payment will be forfeited.
4. **Late Arrival Policy:**
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled call without prior notice, the session will be deemed a no-show. As a result, you will forfeit the payment made for that session.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies, which help us manage our time effectively and provide the best possible service to all clients.
