All content provided in any course, masterclass, program, minimind, mastermind is the intellectual property of Brittany Lloyd and therefore cannot be copied, duplicated, shared, or resold in any way, shape or form. If this agreement is breached, Brittany Louise Coaching reserves the right to take legal action.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

We ask that you do the following:

Commit to using the knowledge from the Services provided with absolute integrity.
Acknowledge you are responsible for your actions and resulting outcomes.
Complete any onboarding forms requested by us in a timely manner.
Maintain a self-led approach to our agreement and utilise the services to the fullest extent.

INVESTMENT

This course is non-refundable, and if you are using a payment plan you are obligated to pay as agreed, on the dates agreed and in full.

In the instance a payment fails your access to the course will be be suspended until the payment is made.

If the payment is not finalised within 7 days of the due date, you may incur an additional admin fee of $30 per week for as long as the payment remains outstanding.

If the payment is not finalised within 14 days and there has been no communication from you, your outstanding payments will be forwarded to a third party debt collection agency and your access to the resources will be revoked.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. You cannot request a refund if:

- you change your mind
- you do not make use of the offer
- the reason for termination is outside of our control.

Failure to use the full services does not qualify you for a full or partial
refund

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you agree to contact Brittany directly to negotiate
